The primary care anticoagulation service in Camden is a local commissioned service (LCS) supported by clinical governance provided by the Royal Free Hospital (RFH); both are commissioned by Camden Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The specification was developed by Anticoagulation UK in close collaboration with experts in anticoagulation from across primary, community and secondary care.
